RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any postage, packaging, insurance, tracking, customs charges, duties, taxes, or related fees associated with returning an item.

WEBDROP strongly recommends using a tracked shipping service when returning products. Customers remain responsible for returned items until they have been received and accepted by WEBDROP.

Return shipping costs will only be reimbursed where required by applicable consumer protection laws or where WEBDROP determines that the product was defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly supplied.

MANUFACTURING VARIATIONS AND PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

WEBDROP products may contain minor variations resulting from the manufacturing process. Such variations may include, but are not limited to, differences in colour, fabric texture, stitching, embroidery, embossing, branding placement, garment measurements, hardware, trims, and finishing details.

In addition, product images displayed on the website may include digital mockups, concept renderings, AI-generated imagery, sample garments, or prototype representations intended to illustrate the design and appearance of the product.

While WEBDROP makes reasonable efforts to accurately represent all products, minor differences between displayed images and the final manufactured product may occur and shall not be considered defects, faults, or grounds for a refund, exchange, or compensation claim.

Only material manufacturing defects that significantly affect the functionality, quality, or intended use of a product will be assessed for return, exchange, or refund eligibility in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

We strive to ensure that all Items, Goods, and Products supplied by us meet our quality standards. However, due to differences in manufacturing processes, production batches, materials, suppliers, display technologies, and photography, minor variations may naturally occur.

Such variations may include, but are not limited to:

  • Colour, shade, or tone differences.
  • Texture, finish, grain, or material variations.
  • Size, weight, shape, dimensions, or fit within accepted manufacturing tolerances.
  • Printing, stitching, engraving, embossing, moulding, casting, or assembly variations.
  • Minor cosmetic marks, seams, mould lines, surface imperfections, or manufacturing characteristics.
  • Placement, alignment, or appearance of logos, graphics, labels, patterns, or branding.
  • Packaging, manuals, accessories, inserts, or included components that may vary between production batches.
  • Product specifications, features, materials, or components updated by the manufacturer without prior notice, provided the changes do not materially affect the intended purpose of the Item.
  • Differences in appearance caused by lighting conditions, photography, image editing, screen resolution, monitor calibration, mobile devices, or browser settings.

Product images, videos, renders, illustrations, computer-generated imagery (CGI), artificial intelligence (AI)-generated content, mock-ups, promotional materials, and marketing content are provided for illustrative purposes only. While we make every reasonable effort to accurately represent our Items, the actual Item received may vary slightly in appearance, packaging, colour, finish, texture, or other non-material characteristics.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, minor manufacturing variations, cosmetic differences, production updates, supplier changes, or reasonable differences between promotional content and the actual Item shall not be considered defects and do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, replacement, or warranty claims where the Item remains fit for its intended purpose and substantially matches its advertised description.

Nothing in this clause excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law, where such rights cannot be lawfully excluded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

To assist us in assessing refund, replacement, warranty, or damage claims, customers may be required to provide clear photographs of the Item, including any alleged damage, defect, packaging, shipping labels, and any other information reasonably requested by us.

Photographs help us determine the condition of the Item, identify whether damage occurred during transit, manufacturing, handling, or use, and allow us to assess the most appropriate resolution as efficiently as possible.

Where photographs are insufficient to properly assess a claim, we may request that the Item be returned for inspection before a refund, replacement, repair, or other remedy is considered.

Providing photographs or returning the Item for inspection does not automatically guarantee that a refund, replacement, or other remedy will be approved. Each claim is assessed individually based on the information provided, the condition of the Item, and our obligations under applicable consumer protection laws.

Customers are encouraged not to dispose of the Item, its packaging, or any included accessories until the claim has been finalised, as these may be required during the assessment process.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law, where such rights cannot lawfully be excluded.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin.webdrop@gmail.com.

However, product information is provided for general informational purposes only and may contain typographical errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or variations resulting from manufacturer updates, supplier information, production changes, technological developments, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Manufacturers and suppliers may update or modify product specifications, materials, packaging, included accessories, features, appearance, dimensions, compatibility, or performance without prior notice. While we endeavour to update our product information as promptly as reasonably possible, we do not warrant that all product information will always be complete, current, or free from errors.

Colours, textures, finishes, sizing, and overall appearance may vary depending on manufacturing processes, production batches, lighting conditions, photography, image editing, artificial intelligence (AI)-generated content, computer-generated imagery (CGI), monitor settings, mobile devices, screen calibration, or browser displays.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any Item is suitable for their intended purpose before purchase. Where compatibility, sizing, technical specifications, measurements, or application requirements are important, customers should review all available product information and contact us before placing an order if further clarification is required.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, modify specifications, discontinue Items, limit quantities, or make changes to pricing, availability, packaging, or product content at any time without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product information is accurate; however, descriptions, specifications, images, availability, pricing, and other content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

Website Availability

We aim to ensure that our website, services, and online store remain available, secure, and fully functional at all times. However, we do not guarantee that access to our website or any part of its functionality will be uninterrupted, continuous, secure, error-free, or available at all times.

From time to time, our website or certain features may become temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, software updates, system upgrades, technical issues, equipment failures, internet or telecommunications interruptions, hosting provider outages, cyber incidents, high traffic volumes, third-party service disruptions, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, modify, update, discontinue, or remove any part of our website, products, services, features, promotions, content, pricing, or functionality at any time without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We are not liable for any loss, delay, inconvenience, interruption, or damages arising from temporary website unavailability, technical failures, system errors, data transmission issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their own internet connection, device, browser, software, and security settings are suitable for accessing and using our website.

While we implement reasonable security measures to protect our website and customer information, no website, server, network, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers acknowledge that the use of our website is at their own risk.

The placement of an Item on our website, including any advertised price, promotion, or discount, does not constitute a legally binding offer. An order is considered accepted only once it has been reviewed, processed, and confirmed by us, and where applicable, dispatched.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted under these Terms and Conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, restrict, refuse, discontinue, or terminate any aspect of our business, website, products, services, promotions, pricing, policies, content, accounts, or operations at any time and without prior notice where reasonably necessary for the operation, protection, or management of our business.

Any rights or remedies available to us under these Terms and Conditions are cumulative and are in addition to any other rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Nothing in this clause excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights, guarantees, remedies, or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, terminate accounts, restrict access, or modify our services at our sole discretion where permitted by law.

Severability

If any provision, clause, term, or part of these Terms and Conditions is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction, tribunal, or other lawful authority to be unlawful, invalid, illegal, void, unenforceable, or otherwise ineffective, that provision shall, to the extent necessary, be severed from these Terms and Conditions.

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall remain valid, binding, and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Where permitted by law, any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be interpreted, modified, or replaced only to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving, as closely as possible, its original intent, purpose, and commercial effect.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity, enforceability, legality, or operation of any other provision contained in these Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in this clause excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights, guarantees, remedies, or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, together with any purchase, transaction, agreement, communication, or dispute arising out of or relating to our website, business, Items, Goods, Products, Services, or any relationship between you and WEBDROP shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and the applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia, and any courts competent to hear appeals from those courts, in respect of any dispute, claim, proceeding, or matter arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, our website, our business, or any Item, Goods, Products, or Services supplied by us.

You agree not to commence or maintain any legal proceedings against us in any jurisdiction other than Victoria, Australia, except where such restriction would be prohibited by applicable law.

Where a dispute arises, both parties agree to use reasonable efforts to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations before commencing legal proceedings, unless urgent interlocutory relief or immediate legal action is reasonably required to protect legal rights or prevent irreparable harm.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be inconsistent with any mandatory law or consumer protection legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law, that mandatory law shall prevail only to the extent of the inconsistency, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Nothing in this clause excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights, guarantees, remedies, or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
